In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return/exchange request must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included in the return package.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange product is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned product.
