Delivery Time
At PB Store, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Here are the details of our delivery time:
- After placing your order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will contact you for confirmation.
- Delivery is typically done within 48-72 hours nationwide, and within 24-48 hours in Lahore from the confirmation time.
- You can track the status of your order by using the order number provided in our Track Your Order.
- For orders below Rs. 4999/-, a delivery charge of Rs. 250/- will apply.
- The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 1-2 working days for Karachi and 2-3 working days for other major cities. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.
- Ensure you are available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:
- For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
- For cancellation of cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during the call confirmation or through the automated confirmation system via SMS or web.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for all orders above Rs. 4999 within Pakistan. For orders below Rs. 4999, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 250/- will be applied.
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email or track it on our website in the 'Track Your Order section' .
